Wonda Billingsley is a native of Altamonte Springs, Fl. She has over 25 years of human resources experience and 5 years of business administration and consulting. She retired from the US Army as a Master Sergeant with 20 years of exceptional military service. She earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Her desire for community service comes from a long legacy of strong men and women that taught her the importance of community development.  Wonda’s motivation to start a non-profitable organization was developed to honor her two children Ashante and Anthony who gained their wings June 9,2013.
