About Founder

​

Wonda Billingsley is a native of Altamonte Springs, Fl.  She has over 25 years of human resources experience and 5 years in business management and consulting. 

 

Wonda retired from the United States Army as a Master Sergeant with over 20 years of exceptional military service. She earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. 

 

Her desire to service the community comes from a long legacy of strong men and women that taught her the importance of community development. Her motivation to start a nonprofit organization was developed to honor her two children Ashante and Anthony who gained their wings June 9, 2013.
